Located toward the back of the site, our holiday home has been refurbished in 2023 and has a gated lockable veranda with space to the front or side to relax on.  

The holiday home is close to the beach and is approximately a 10 to 15 minute stroll along the beach promenade to either Trunch Lane ,Chapel St Leonards or Anchor Lane, Ingoldmells with shops, restaurants, pubs and amusement arcades. Fantasy Island, Ingoldmells and Chapel St Leonards Village are approximately a 25 minute walk if you do not want to drive.

The Waterside fishing lake (tickets purchased at Waterside Reception) is close to the caravan.

A 9 hole golf course is a short distance away in Addelthorpe, approximately 5 minutes by car.

Parking is located to the front of the caravan shared with other holiday homes or additional parking is available close by.

There is a lockable shed for guests to use.
